تواصل أمنية، إحدى شركات Beyon، تحويل استثماراتها المتواصلة في تطوير وتوسعة شبكتها إلى تحسينات ملموسة في أداء الشبكة وتجربة العملاء، بعد حصولها على تسع جوائز ضمن أحدث تقييم لتجربة شبكات الهاتف المتنقل في الأردن، منها ست جوائز منفردة في مؤشرات "استمرارية جودة الأداء" و"موثوقية التجربة" و"تجربة سرعة التنزيل" و"زمن الاتصال بالشبكة" و"تجربة الألعاب" و"تجربة الألعاب عبر شبكة الجيل الخامس (5G)"، إلى جانب ثلاث جوائز مشتركة، واحتفاظها بلقب "أفضل شبكة" في المملكة.

وأظهرت النتائج، المستندة إلى بيانات جُمعت خلال الفترة من 1 نيسان وحتى 29 حزيران 2026، تصدّر أمنية مؤشري "موثوقية التجربة" و"استمرارية جودة الأداء"، وهما من المؤشرات التي ترتبط بشكل مباشر بما يختبره العملاء في استخدامهم اليومي للشبكة، إلى جانب تصدّرها عدداً من مؤشرات تجربة المستخدم الأخرى.

وتأتي هذه النتائج في ظل مواصلة أمنية الاستثمار في تطوير وتوسعة شبكتها وزيادة سعتها، بما في ذلك تنفيذ المرحلة الثانية من توسعة شبكة الجيل الخامس (5G)، لتعزيز التغطية والجاهزية ومواكبة النمو المتزايد في استخدام البيانات والخدمات الرقمية. وتدعم هذه الجهود شراكة أمنية الاستراتيجية مع إريكسون، الممتدة لخمس سنوات، لتحديث وتوسعة شبكة النفاذ الراديوي لتقنيات الجيل الثالث والرابع والخامس وتعزيز قدراتها وأدائها.

ويعكس هذا المسار امتداداً لأداء الشبكة في السنوات الماضية، مع الحفاظ على الفصل بين التقييم الحالي والتصنيفات السابقة؛ إذ حصلت أمنية على تصنيف "أسرع شبكة موبايل في الأردن" لعام 2024، قبل أن تحصد تصنيف "أفضل شبكة موبايل في الأردن" لعام 2025 ضمن جوائز Speedtest من Ookla.

وقال يوسف ساتر، الرئيس التنفيذي الرئيس التنفيذي للدائرة التكنولوجية في أمنية: "تعكس هذه النتائج التطور المستمر في أداء شبكة أمنية، وما نحققه من خلال الاستثمار في توسيعها وتحديث بنيتها التحتية وزيادة سعتها. كما أن مواصلة تطوير شبكة الجيل الخامس وشراكتنا الاستراتيجية مع إريكسون تدعم قدرتنا على رفع كفاءة الشبكة وتعزيز جاهزيتها لتلبية النمو المتزايد في الطلب على خدمات البيانات والاتصالات. حصولنا على ست جوائز منفردة إلى جانب ثلاث جوائز مشتركة واحتفاظنا بلقب "أفضل شبكة" يمثل نتيجة ملموسة لهذا المسار المستمر في تطوير الشبكة".

Umniah Wins 9 Awards and Retains “Best Network” Title in Jordan, Reflecting the Scale of Its Network Investments

Umniah by Beyon, continues to turn its ongoing investments in network development and expansion into tangible improvements in network performance and customer experience, securing nine awards in the latest mobile network experience assessment in Jordan. The recognition includes six outright awards for Consistent Quality, Reliability Experience, Download Speed Experience, Time to Connect, Games Experience, and 5G Games Experience, in addition to three joint awards, while retaining the “Best Network” title in the Kingdom.

Based on data collected between April 1 and June 29, 2026, the results placed Umniah at the top of the Reliability Experience and Consistent Quality measures, two indicators closely linked to what customers experience in their everyday use of the network, alongside leading several other measures of user experience.

These results come as Umniah continues to invest in developing and expanding its network, increasing capacity and implementing the second phase of its 5G network expansion to strengthen coverage and readiness and keep pace with growing demand for data and digital services. These efforts are supported by Umniah’s five-year strategic partnership with Ericsson to modernize and expand its radio access network across 3G, 4G and 5G technologies, while enhancing network capacity and performance.

This progress builds on Umniah’s network performance in previous years, while keeping the current assessment distinct from earlier recognitions. In 2024, Umniah was named Jordan’s “Fastest Mobile Network,” before being recognized as Jordan’s “Best Mobile Network” in 2025 through the Speedtest Awards by Ookla.
